Last year I fell and injured my wrist. The diagnosis was pre-existing osteoarthritis with SLAC Wrist III. After the first diagnosis, I was supposed to have an endoprosthesis in my wrist. The second diagnosis gave me about 10 years until the prosthesis. However, the pain, especially during everyday activities, was unpleasant. Fred's advice was professional and informative. My questions were almost always answered immediately. The device was packed in a shockproof aluminium/wood box that I already knew from the Ultrashock master. Quite a heavy device but of super quality.
The assembly and filling with distilled water was easy and was explained in the videos provided. After the first treatment, I was extremely surprised as I was almost symptom-free. I was able to shower and shave without pain. I know that my wrist is worn out and I can feel the crunching in the joint. But at least the pain is 90% gone. I am absolutely delighted with the device. All I have to say is WOW! I have had other shockwave machines used on me, but I have never had immediate pain relief in just one session! Definitely recommend this brand

I really like this device and how user friendly it is. It comes with a manual and is easy to assemble and use. I use it to treat nerve entrapments in my elbows and hip and have found it to be helpful especially in more superficial tissues.

I fell on the sidewalk, while running, and broke my patella ( knee cap) in multiple pieces and tore my ligaments & tendons, requiring me to have 2 surgeries within 2 months and be in a full leg brace for 5 months, which caused me to have tons of scar tissue and become unable to bend my knee at all..
